Payment & Delivery

Payment:

We accept all major credit and debit cards. You may also pay using Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal.

Delivery:

We currently ship within the UK and our delivery charges start from £3.50. 

Orders are usually sent via Royal Mail 2nd class as standard. The delivery cost will be automatically calculated prior to check out and depends on the size of the order.

Our studio & workshop are open from Monday to Friday. We do our very best to send all orders out within 48 hours. During our very busy times this may take a little bit longer. Please do send us an email (hello@janescottflowers.com) if your order is urgent and we will try our absolute best to ensure it arrives in time.

Orders are carefully wrapped by hand in tissue paper. We ensure our packaging is as eco-friendly as possible. Our cellophane is compostable, our envelopes and cards are recycled and recyclable. Our delivery packaging is plastic free, recycled or up-cycled and recyclable.
