Make a Twiggy Vase Table-scape
This is a great way to style an autumn table especially if you're working to a tight budget. I made little autumnal vases using up-cycled jam jars and a few foraged twigs.

Staying with the garden theme I’ve filled them with the last of my home grown dahlias, shop bought sunflowers and other autumnal garden trimmings.

I recommend a mix of relatively straight thick and thin twigs for the vases. Holding a twig alongside the jar I cut it to 2-3cm above the rim. I used this as a template to cut the other twigs. Taking my glue gun I then stuck each twig to the jar pressing firmly in place whilst the glue sets.

I then tied a ribbon around the centre. It not only looks pretty but it's a great way to hold all the twigs in place. Next I added my flowers. I mixed the flowers and foliage up as I went along using around 10 stems in each jar. I then dotted the vases, along with candles and tea lights along the table.
